عذر شرعی کی صورت میں اسقاط حمل کی گنجائش کتنی مدت تک ہے اس حوالے سے بالعموم قدیم وجدید فتاوی میں یہی حکم ملتا ہے کہ چار ماہ سے قبل اس کی گنجائش ہے اور اگر حمل پر چار ماہ سے زیادہ وقفہ گزر گیا ہے تو پھر اسقاط کی گنجائش نہیں ہے۔ جبکہ فقہاء کرام نے یہ تصریح بھی کی ہے کہ اگر حمل کے بعض اعضاء مثلا انگلی، بال، ناخن، وغیرہ بن گئے ہوں تو پھر اسقاط جائز نہیں ہے یعنی جہاں اعذار کی وجہ سے فقہاء کرام نے اسقاط کی گنجائش دی ہے وہاں اس گنجائش کو اس شرط کے ساتھ مشروط کیا ہے کہ حمل پر ظہور بعض اعضاء کا تحقق نہ ہوا ہو اگر اس طرح کے اعذار تو ہوں، لیکن ظہور بعض اعضاء ہو گیا ہو تو پھر اسقاط کی گنجائش نہیں ہوگی۔…
