Q. How do I apply for admission?

Q. Are there any pre-requisite for this course?

 

A. Yes, you must be at least 14 years  of age.  Also you must be fluent in Urdu, be able to recite the Holy Quran and have high speed internet access.

 

Q. How long will it take to receive a response to my inquiries?

 

A. Normally 24-48 hours except during holidays.

 

Q. What are your class timings?

 

A. Our classes take place from Monday to Friday, 1 PM to 1AM Pakistan Time .  There are no classes on Saturday and Sunday . Please check your timezone to make sure these timings are convenient for you.

 

Q. What is the medium of instruction?

 

A. The classes are taught in Urdu. In the second and third year, teachers also use Arabic. Please note that the books are in Arabic, however, Arabic is not a prerequisite.

 

Q. How do I get the required books for each class?

 

A. We will Send All Required Books to You Postal Address . We also provide a free pdf version of each book upon enrollment.

 

Q.What options do I have  to pay my tuition?

 

A. We accept Hadyah Through Bank Transfer . You can pay by a credit card, .Also Western Union / Money Gram

 

Q. Do you offer scholarships or grants?

 

A. At this time we do not offer any scholarships or grants.

 

Q. I am from UK, can I join this course?

 

A. Yes, you can, however, we strongly recommend that you check the class timings according to your time zone to make sure the timings are convenient for you.

 

Q. What is your attendance policy?

 

A. We strongly encourage all our students to be present for all live sessions since we believe the company of a teacher is extremely important to acquire knowledge. However, we understand it may not be feasible for some of our students to attend all classes in person because of other commitments or because of time difference. That is precisely why we provide recordings for each and every class.

 

Q. What if I am unable to attend a class, can I cover the material missed in that class?

 

A. Each class is recorded and posted immediately so you can access it through the student portal.

 

Q. Is there anything else I have to do after registering?

 

A. You will receive a confirmation email from www.darsenizami.net and shortly thereafter you will receive your Student Log-In information.

 

Q. How can I ask a question to my instructor?

 

A. All classes are fully interactive so you can ask the teacher during class by writing your question in the chat box.

 

Q. How are exams and tests conducted?

 

A. All exams and tests will be conducted online.

 

Q. Can I complete one semester and skip the following one?

 

A. Yes, you can skip a semester and continue once those classes are offered again.

 

Q. Do I have to finish every year in succession and uninterrupted?

 

A. Not necessarily but you must complete all classes of a complete Aalim course year before advancing to the courses for the subsequent year.

 

Q. Is this course recognized in similar academic institutions?

 

A. Yes, we follow “Darse Nizami” syllabus for this course.

 

Q. Does this course include 6 hadith books as well?

 

A. No, this course does not include the 6 hadith books. You have to physically join an institution which offers the 6 hadith books to study and complete them.

 

Q. After the completion of three years will I receive a diploma or certificate of Aalim course?

 

A. You will receive report cards at the end of each semester. Also, you will receive a certificate of completion of the 6 year course along with a transcript of all the courses you have completed with us.

 

Q. When I will be awarded Shahadah al-‘Alamiyyah (Aalim degree).

 

A. You will receive Shahadah al-‘Alamiyyah after the completion of final hadith year.

 

Q. What happens if someone fails?

 

A. One will need to clear all courses in order to complete this course.

 

Q. I already have completed some courses can I join from the 2nd or 3rd semester directly. Can I get credit for books I have already completed?

 

A. Yes, you can after providing us with a transcript of the courses you have already taken.

 

Q. Where can I find semester schedules?

Q. What happens if I have a technical problem?

 

A. We use Adobe Connect for our live sessions and if you experience any difficulty in setting it up or connecting to it we will provide assistance.

 

Q. Do you provide additional help to your students after class if needed? If yes, is there any fee for that?

 

A. We encourage students to work together
